Travel Plan
Upon your arrival at Chandigarh Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by a representative from Tours of Gold with a traditional flower garland (mala) and transferred to your hotel. If time permits, we will take you for local sightseeing to explore the Rock Garden, a unique space filled with sculptures made from recycled materials; Sukhna Lake, a serene man-made lake perfect for a relaxing walk or boat ride (at your own expense); and the Rose Garden, Asia’s largest, home to over 1,600 varieties of roses. Later, return to the hotel.

After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Chandigarh and begin your journey toward the picturesque hill station of Shimla, the former summer capital of British India, nestled in the lap of the Himalayas.
En route, take a refreshing stop at the historic Pinjore Garden (Yadavindra Gardens) — a beautifully laid-out Mughal-style garden known for its lush greenery, cascading fountains, and elegant pavilions. Take a leisurely stroll through the garden, breathe in the fresh air, and capture some lovely photos before continuing your drive.
As you ascend into the hills, enjoy scenic views of pine forests, winding roads, and charming hillside villages. Upon arrival in Shimla, check in to your hotel and take some time to relax after the journey.
The evening is at your leisure — you may choose to explore the nearby Mall Road or simply unwind at the hotel.

Begin your day with a visit to the Jakhoo Temple, perched atop Jakhoo Hill, offering panoramic views of the valley and home to a towering statue of Lord Hanuman. Later, head out for an excursion to Kufri, a scenic hill station located just 16 km from Shimla, famous for its stunning views, adventure activities, and snow (in winter months). You can enjoy a walk or horse ride (at your own cost) up to the Mahasu Peak, visit the Himalayan Nature Park, or simply soak in the refreshing mountain air.
Return to Shimla in the afternoon and enjoy a leisurely walk along the vibrant Mall Road, known for its colonial architecture, cozy cafés, and boutique shops. Visit the beautiful Christ Church, a landmark of Shimla with its iconic neo-Gothic design and stained-glass windows, and stop by the Scandal Point to hear some fascinating local legends.

By evening, arrive in Manali and check in to your hotel. Take some time to relax and unwind after the long journey. The evening is at your leisure — enjoy the cool mountain air or take a stroll around the local area.

Upon arrival in Manali, check in to your hotel and take some time to relax and soak in the fresh mountain air. After a refreshing break and lunch, begin your exploration of Manali’s charming local attractions.
Start with a visit to the sacred Hidimba Devi Temple, an architectural gem nestled within a cedar forest. This ancient wooden temple, dedicated to Hidimba from the Mahabharata, is one of Manali’s most iconic landmarks.
Next, proceed to the Manu Temple, believed to be the only temple in India dedicated to the sage Manu — the mythological creator of mankind. The temple is perched in Old Manali and offers a peaceful spiritual ambiance with views of the valley.
Afterward, head to the Vashisht Village, famous for its natural hot water springs. You can dip your feet or relax near the temple area, surrounded by tranquil views of the mountains.
Later in the day, visit the colorful and serene Tibetan Monastery, known for its intricate wall paintings, spinning prayer wheels, and peaceful surroundings.

Begin your Kullu visit with river rafting (at your own expense) — an exhilarating ride through the cold, gushing waters of the Beas, surrounded by majestic Himalayan scenery. For thrill-seekers, paragliding is also available (at your own expense), offering breathtaking aerial views of the entire valley — a truly unforgettable experience.
Later, continue your journey towards Manikaran Sahib, a sacred Gurudwara and pilgrimage site nestled in the Parvati Valley. Renowned for its natural hot springs and spiritual significance, this revered spot attracts both Sikhs and Hindus. Take a moment to soak in the peaceful atmosphere, explore the gurudwara complex, and, if you wish, enjoy a simple yet soulful langar (community meal).
On the way back, you may stop by a traditional shawl weaving center, where you can witness the artistry of local craftsmen and even purchase a beautiful handmade souvenir.
Return to Manali in the afternoon and relax at your hotel. In the evening, head to Mall Road, the vibrant heart of the town. Stroll leisurely through local shops offering woollens, handicrafts, and souvenirs, and unwind at cozy cafés. You may also explore the local Tibetan market or simply enjoy people-watching against the stunning backdrop of snowy peaks and crisp mountain air.

After a hearty breakfast at the hotel, embark on a full-day excursion to the stunning Solang Valley, known for its year-round beauty, this alpine paradise transforms into an adventure playground:
*In summer months, enjoy thrilling options like zorbing, ropeway/cable car rides, ATV biking, and horse riding.
*During winter, the valley turns into a snowy wonderland, perfect for skiing, snowboarding, tube sliding, and snow scooter rides (all activities are optional and at your own expense).
Later, if weather and road conditions allow, proceed to visit the world-famous Atal Tunnel — a 9.02 km marvel of modern engineering. Connecting Manali to the Lahaul Valley, it offers a dramatic change in scenery and a glimpse of high-altitude Himalayan landscapes. A brief stop on the other side is ideal for photography and breathtaking views.
